You can request a cancellation only while the order has not been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can check if cancellation is still possible.

If the order hasn’t been processed/shipped, we may be able to help. In many cases, the fastest option is to cancel the original order (if eligible) and place a new one.

Sometimes orders are automatically canceled for payment verification or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, billing details not matching). If you still need help placing the order, contact us and we’ll assist.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

We ship with UPS/USPS, DHL, or another trusted logistics partner, depending on your destination and service availability.

Yes. It’s normal for tracking to pause for a few days while the parcel moves between facilities or local carriers. If it has been an unusual amount of time with no updates, contact us with your order number and we’ll help.

First, double-check your shipping address, ask household members/reception/security, and check any safe drop-off area. Then contact the carrier using the tracking number. If you still can’t locate the package, email us and we’ll assist with next steps.
