Return Policy
1) Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please contact our customer support team to request a return and place a new order.
2) Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in the same condition as received.
Any complimentary or promotional items included with the order must also be returned.
You must contact our customer support team before sending any item back and receive return confirmation.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3) How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at cs@useanua.us
and include your order number.
As part of the return request, we may ask you to provide:
A photo of the outer packaging, showing the shipping label and tracking number.
A photo of the items inside the original packaging.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
4) Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind (for example: no longer needed or expectations not met), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
For partial returns, the return shipping cost may also apply.
5) Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Additional time may be required depending on your bank or credit card provider.
6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
In these cases, we may request:
A photo of the outer packaging with the shipping label visible.
A photo of the items inside the package.
A photo clearly showing the issue with the product.
Providing these images helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
7) International Orders
At this time, returns for international orders are not accepted.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at cs@useanua.us
